About Me

My name is Shira Pellegrino. I'm from Marshall, MN and currently live in Overland Park Kansas. I am a student at Blue Valley West High School, studying photography. I enjoy playing sports including hockey, basketball, cross country, and swimming. I have two older brothers in college at KU and a dog named Turbo. A famous photographer who has influenced my work is Ansel Adams. He used light and dark to capture specific moments in nature. I aim to capture moments from my perspective in my photography, whether it is in nature, movement, or individual expressions. I hope you enjoy my work!
